Case study
Project Partners
A stylish, modern WordPress website that allows Project Partners to manage their blog posts, videos and interactive courses with ease, and capture leads.

“At Project Partners we have used Danny on two occasions now. Most recently I engaged with him to support the build of our internal SharePoint site. Danny delivered against our requirements, asked questions, researched and self taught where needed Danny was patient, responsive, provided training and created training videos where needed. He keep us up to date with daily progress reports. We are very pleased with the new look of our SharePoint site and have since launched internally to all of our Partners. Thank-you Danny for your help and support and we look forward to working together again in the future.”
Project Partners are a company of remote project experts, with their head office based in London, that help to make other businesses projects successful. They needed a new website to allow them to easily manage and organize their content, to attract new leads, and to allow users to create and manage their profiles through the main website.
I've helped Project Partners with numerous projects, but here are some of the features that I developed for them for their recent website rebuild with WordPress and the Elementor page builder plugin:
Interactive videos are a cool way to catpure new leads

Custom images created in Figma make the design fun and unique

Users can create an account via LinkedIn or email/password to get access to Project Partner's premium content

Client testimonials provide social proof

Custom developed tables to clearly and cleanly display information to the user

Live search allows users to quickly find the skills and rates of different project professionals
WordPress makes it effortless for non-technical staff to add new searchable skills and rates.

“Mega dropdown menu” provides more space to guide users towards useful content

Custom Tree menu (the menu on the left) allows the user to navigate through the sites content more easily, and provides a structure for ordering and organizing the content in a logical way

When a user signs up, they are taken through a step-by-step signup process where they can enter more info about themselves. This information helps Project Partners to send and display more relavent and helpful information to the user.

Interactive courses
Each course needed different access restrictions; some were completely free, some partially free, and some needed a Project Partners account to get full access. The Learndash WordPress plugin had these capabilities straight out of the box, making things quick, easy and inexpensive for my client.

The WordPress backend dashboard makes it easy for non-technnical people to manage the websites content (posts, videos, resources, courses, case studies,…etc.), pages and media (e.g. images, videos, files). Once they are happy with the content, they click publish and it appears in the correct part of the site.
