Case study

Steve Coster Acupuncture

Steve needed his website for his acupuncture business re-building with WordPress and the Beaver Builder plugin so that he could easily make changes to his website without needing to understand code.

Dan worked diligently through the task and the work was completed on time and as described. Dan kept communication going and was excellent throughout.

Steve provides acupuncture for a range of patients, from pregnancy care to cancer rehabilitation. He uses his website to attract new clients, so it was important to retain all the hard SEO work that he already had in place.

Steve wanted the ability to make changes to his website without needed always needing a developer. Usually I would use the Elementor page builder plugin, but Steve felt more comfortable with Beaver Builder, so I quickly learned the basics of Beaver Builder, and began developing.

Email newsletter signup

Email newsletter signnup allows Steve to capture emails of people interested in acupuncture, and educate them of the benefits and practices available.

The Beaver Builder Page Builder Plugin

The site is built with the Beavor Builder page builder, allowing Steve to update his webpages with timely messages when he needs to, such as the COVID message on the home page.

The “Contact Me” Section

The get in touch section takes advantage of Google maps by embedding the location of Steve’s practice in the page. Links to his social media, and newsletter signup form make it easy to find and contact Steve, whatever the user’s preferred method. RECAPTCHA is used on forms to add extra security, by preventing unwanted protects the signup form from unwanted signups, such as bots.

Selling online with WooCommerce

Woocommerce plugin integration makes it easy for Steve to sell his products from his website, as well as making it easy for him to manage his products and inventory from the WordPress backend.

Publishing blog posts with ease

Steve also enjoys writing blog posts, so he can now write his posts from the website dashboard, click publish, and it shows up on the website. Easy!
